From beginning to end, through the inspections of many properties and coordinating multiple entities, they were fantastic. Their communication is friendly, immediate, and professional. They were easy to work with, arrived on time, coordinated with the third parties I also needed present, and overall made the entire experience a breeze. They had the reports back to us right away, and they were simple to read and easy to understand. Their pricing was entirely reasonable, and below what our owners were expecting after they did their own market research.
This review is particularly relevant as I network with other property management companies, and have heard nothing but their horror stories getting the SB721 "Balcony Inspections" completed. So I have a separate datapoint confirming the excellent work SF Bay Engineering did for us.
