SF Bay Engineering is FAST. I submitted an online request to SF Bay Engineering for an onsite evaluation to remove a load-bearing wall. They called me back within an hour with a quote and a schedule. The visiting engineer came a few days later and was able to address all my questions with some quick sketches on the spot. The evaluation report came on the very same day as the site visit and the structural plans were delivered just 4 days after we signed the proposal, and they were approved over the counter.
