SF Bay Engineering called me back within 2 hours with a schedule and a competitive quote. The visiting engineer came a few days later and was obviously very experienced and was able to address my questions clearly with some quick sketches on the spot. The evaluation report came in the very same day as the site visit and I got to say I was so impressed with sfbayengineering’s speed that I didn’t even bother to check in with other companies out there before asking SF Bay Engineering to proceed with the plans. Knowing SF Bay Engineering has a 3-week commitment, I was expecting them to be fast but not this fast because they eventually sent the completed plans back to me just 4 days after we signed the proposal, and the plans were approved over the counter during plan check.
