An Independent Structural Analysis is performed by a licensed professional engineer to review the engineering work of another design engineer. Our engineer will ensure the structure is designed in accordance with the latest building codes as well as industry norm and offer recommendations to reduce construction cost.

SF Bay Engineering will provide Structural Analysis in PDF format, prepared using a combination of spreadsheets and analytical software including Forte, RetainPro, ETABS, and SAFE to ensure the global stability and lateral stability of each structure.
